Food delicious, fast service. 1 star deduction, because when paying I was asked to pay about 45 euros, even though I didn't order half of the meal. But then the staff immediately and quickly canceled the rest of the items so that I could pay the correct amount.

The food was good and it was so busy. I was just went upstairs looking for a place to sit. The waiter came and started shouting at me in front of everyone and telling me to sit in some place he picked. I didn't understand any other word he said since he was speaking german and I can't but it was a very embarrassing moment being shout at in public.

The food was tasty. However, many of the waitresses and waitresses were very overwhelmed. Therefore there were longer waiting times and the cleaning of the tables left a lot to be desired.

Can't recommend this branch. We had to wait 20 minutes for the menus alone. The service was slow and unfriendly, forgot part of our food and only brought it when we asked. You had to wait forever for the drinks. The food was okay but not as hoped.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the branch. The service was very slow and not very friendly. It took us over 15 minutes to get a menu. It wasn't very crowded. The drinks continued slowly. The next table couldn't stand it and drank its own water. Some of my food was already cold and our starter was forgotten. On the whole, the visit was not exactly nice.

Food good, but: apparently we ate wrong, because we had to wait a very long time to order as well as for the bill (we waved for minutes to get people's attention) and it wasn't busy. In addition, a guest list was kept ...

As always, the food was delicious. Unfortunately, it takes forever to be served. Sometimes all the waiters stand together at the counter and talk to each other while several tables wait to be served. We also saw people who just left after a quarter of an hour because they hadn't even received the card by then.

Absolute Chaos. Following Corona rules, understandably they need to adapt the concept and serve people to the table. I am used to Vapiano and always have had a satisfying experience. But what I saw today is unbelievable. Customers staring at each other with frustration all over, while not getting served (45' for a Pizza), wrong orders and waiters yelling at each other. Service managers flirting with women completely ignoring general dissatisfaction. Sorry guys, you need to get your xxxx together. Wish you nothing but the best. Still it's in your hands.

As in the past, food is delicious! Unfortunately, the service is overwhelmed. Got the wrong dish .... Bill was wrong. Staff looked for the right table several times, everything a bit mixed up. Will not come back until I can collect my food from the cook myself!

Nice and clean Italian food

Large restaurant, modern and nicely decorated. Our pizza and pasta were delicious. Looks nice too. Apparently the fresh herbs are not only standing around here as decoration, but are also used. Waiter was friendly, a clear recommendation.

In terms of taste, food is on the same level as other Vapianos. Due to the current Corona situation, however, you are served and cannot choose at the individual stations yourself. Service is friendly and quick. The shop is relatively large and offers enough space (inside and outside).

I was actually happy to go out to eat there again after the whole situation around Vapiano & Corona. Unfortunately, the visit turned out to be a failure. First of all: the food was very good and arrived quickly, there is no room for complaints. Therefor also the 2 stars. What the service has done is not possible. First you had to wait> 15 minutes until the order was taken. (And that was not because of the high number of guests!) When asked whether we had already ordered food, I replied with “No, but we would like to.” With that, I must have offended the waiter in his honor, because as mine I had ordered an escort and I wanted to place my order, he suddenly became very taciturn and answered my order Campanelle with Bolognese "Campanelle off, Penne?". Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for a full sentence. When I asked for chilli, parmesan or garlic, he left out completely. I think it's bold about the whole story that the gentleman obviously wanted to demonstrate his “power” a bit, namely when the lady at the next table ordered that type of pasta with shrimp 3 minutes later, it was miraculously available again. Due to this fact it was also clear that the tip would not be available. Towards the end there was the highlight that waiter no. 2, after not getting a tip, did not think it necessary to say goodbye to the guests, i.e. us, but rather pulled away from Dannen, visibly huffy. After all, the fact that the drinks came after the meal is at best wasted. Conclusion: As I said, the food was nothing to complain about and very good, but the service is a complete disaster and should be trained urgently. If customer requests are rejected on the basis of apparently false facts and if a voluntary service is refused (tips that are given when the service was good - and it wasn't) the service forgets the basic forms of courtesy, employee training should urgently be carried out. In any case, I will not be back.

Since the Vapiano unfortunately had to be made in Stuttgart and I happened to have to make a stopover in Hamburg, I was very happy to find a Vapiano. Queuing up and taking the food to the table has been abolished here (understandable eh. Covid-19). It's a good idea, but unfortunately it doesn't help if you only employ 2 waiters and instead have 8 cooks in the kitchen, where only 2 cook and the rest is just there and the service is overwhelmed. We were allowed to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Before that I asked a tall man with a black shirt and glasses if he could take our order, he just replied that I should wait for a waiter. He himself just stood at the bar. I order a pasta and my wife only orders a portion of bruschetta. The pasta came first and the drinks and bruschetta just didn't want to be served. Only after I had to complain did the rest of our order arrive (about 15min) I also had the wrong noodles (don't want to be picky so I just ate). Chili was also missing. The waiter apologized and put the blame on the cooks for getting the food wrong. Hello? Are you a team? I just thought ... Conclusion: I always tried hard but I was very dissatisfied. Maybe it will work better next time (The only one who was competent and quick was the Asian waiter in the black shirt)

Service was completely listless! Totally unfriendly then you had to ask several times to get the right food + drink. Unfortunately never had bad experiences, but here, totally horrified! Never again in this Vapiano. Not recommended

Food was okay as usual. Service was a disaster. After we had to wait forever until we were served, although several waiters walked past us, we were allowed to order after about 15 minutes. The waiter and his note then forgot what I wanted to drink and he had to ask again, so far not tragic. Unfortunately the drinks came long after the meal. After I was not willing to tip when paying with EC (I might want to give a small amount in cash) there was no look from the cellar and no goodbye or goodbye. He just ran off the table quickly, gave me no chance to tip and I never saw him again. That was my last visit!

Not what you're used to get at Vapiano. They did a real good job at trying to respect COVID guidelines by changing their usual concept into a more classic restaurant where waiters come to take your order at the table and serve you. The staff however is really inexperienced and untrained which results in very chaotic situations where they can't find their way to your table and serve appetisers and main dishes all at once. Food quality was also less than I'm used to from Vapiano. Also changing the concept to maintain COVID safety doesn't bring much if you let everyone walk around without face masks.

The wrong drink and dish was brought. The dish was already cold and no soup was even served. The Bolognese had hardly any minced meat and was more like pasta with tomato sauce. In addition, the waiter forgot a large part of the order after saying several times and asked again. After such an extensive ordering process, I would have expected more. It was my second visit that was even worse than the first.

We were there on a Sunday evening. In some cases, work should still be carried out on the new Corona-related concept. There are umpteen service employees walking around, but only a few are responsible for taking the order. Since we have been visiting the Vapiano regularly for years, we noticed the now smaller pizza and the Reef'nBeef noodles with an incredible two small pieces of meat. Are you now saving on the quality of the food? It was praiseworthy that, despite the hustle and bustle, the children got something to paint and the taste of the food remained the same

I used to like Vapiano a lot, but had a bad experience this time 😕🐁 I ordered with my family and got some very delicious pasta, like always, at a decent price. Everything was well, until we saw a mouse 🐁 in the corner of the restaurant 😱 They have this ‘plant wall’ in the restaurant with tables right beside it, and we spotted a mouse there. We told one of the employees and he just laughed and said that it’s normal to have mice in there when it’s raining outside 😱 He said that they had already called the exterminator company and they they would probably look into it soon (without closing in the meantime). We then emailed customer service with this experience and got told that a mouse can be in the restaurant without issues, just not in the kitchen. That is apparently okay in Germany 🤔🤔 (Definitely not in Denmark where I’m from!) We got a voucher because of the behavior from the staff, but will definitely think twice about going back here because of the mouse 🐁

One of my FAVS

If you're a tourist and doesn't know how Vapiano works, take care! Me and my parents had a little problem with the card, and the employers didn't treat us very friendly, even though I was very patient and looked for a solution at the exactly moment I realized I had made a mistake. The food is not bad, but there are better places to have a good pasta at Hamburg for a similar price.

I like its food quality, space and price alltogether.
